SUGIMAT heaters are designed to work with fossil fuels (gas, diesel and fuel-oil), with biomass or with non-conventional fuels. They adapt completely to the client’s needs and reduce the payback time by providing maximum efficiency and minimum down time.
THERMAL OIL HEATERS
SUGIMAT thermal oil heaters are designed to work with fossil fuels (gas, diesel and fuel-oil), with biomass or with non-conventional fuels. They adapt completely to the client’s needs and reduce the payback time.
This type of heaters have many advantages with respect to steam conventional equipment. Firstly, thermal oil requires no specific treatment and it helps obtaining an ouput higher than 85% for biomass boilers or higher than 90% for fossil fuel boilers.
Secondly, thermal oil heaters do not require heater rooms nor heater operator, thus the costs are considerably reduced. Also, oil works also as a lubricant fluid and prevents installation from corrosion, therefore no maintenance is needed.
Thirdly, another great advantage of thermal oil installations is that they work at low pressure, which increases safety and reduces the risks for high pressure.
TECHNICAL DATA
- Types of fuel: fossils, biomass and non-conventional fuel
- Capacity: up to 50MW
- Design: coils
- Maximum working temperature: up to 395 ºC in HTF
- Layout: vertical/horizontal
BASIC FEATURES
- Heaters with one or three fumes passes
- Series coil connection without mixing temperatures: it allows for an accurate control of the thermal oil flow inside the heater
- Header cooled by the fluid itself: it prevents the need if refractory material. Thus, a minimum maintenance of the parts subject to radiation inside the heater is guaranteed. This type of header also prevents, in case of a pump stoppage, the oil inside the heater from degrading when receiving an additional energy input coming from the refractory mass.
