Food composter donated Rippowam Cisqua School

Cisqua Upper School, located in Bedford, received a food composter as an educational tool for its fifth- and sixth-grade science classes.
The machine, known as the 'Rocket,' will teach kids a lesson in sustainability as well as turn food into fertilizer for the school's use.
Donated by Simon Webb, the son of British inventor John Webb, the 'Rocket' is the largest food composter and the only one donated to a school. There are only five of these machines in the United States.
The machines cost anywhere from $20,000 to $90,000. Despite the high cost, school officials say the 'Rocket' will pay for itself within two years time.
